I live in the most eclectic district of Valencia, Spain.
The Disctrict of Ruzafa is only 5 minutes from downtown. In the young people live together in harmony, artists, students, old people and immigrants from other parts of the world.
If I were to define the people of my district in one sentence, I would choose “Organization and commitment to the future.”
For over 10 years the residents claim a public school in the district. Peacefully, they meet regularly and in a festive protest march through the streets and remind the council his promise unfulfilled.
This shot represents the spirit and the illusion of a better future and a plural and public education.
